A less-expensive Huracán Technica offers the 631-horsepower engine, 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, rear-wheel steering, but not the all-wheel drive of the STO. Equipped with rear-wheel drive, and the most horsepower of any Huracán for 2023, the Tecnica is billed as the most visceral version of this V10 supercar. Rear downforce is increased and overall drag is reduced from the 2022 Evo rear-wheel drive.

The Huracán Sterrato is the Lamborghini for off-road, high-speed travel, if you don’t need to bring more than one other passenger and very little luggage. In contrast to the Technica and STO, the Sterrato uses the “least powerful” version of the Lamborghini V10, with “only” 602 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque. Big changes include significantly wider front (66.85 vs. 65.7 inches) and rear (65.11 vs. 63.8 inches) tracks, and a raised height of over three inches to provide ground clearance.

The Sterrato also has a Rally driving mode, shared with the new Urus Performante. Two LED driving lights project from the front of the Sterrato, looking out of place but providing extra illumination off road. Large fender extensions and larger side air intakes complete the package.

The Huracán EVO rear-wheel drive models are no longer offered, leaving the Technica as the only rear-wheel drive Huracán.

2023 Lamborghini Urus

The 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 has been tweaked for 2023, delivering 16 more horsepower than in 2022. Changes include a higher compression ratio.

The EPA-rated fuel mileage improves significantly for 2023: 14 city, 19 highway, and 16 combined, up two miles per gallon (MPG) across the board.

The Urus is now divided into two different trim levels: S and Performante. Both trims share the same improved 657-horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque from a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8. The Performante includes a wider track, a redesigned rear spoiler, and lowered suspension riding on steel springs instead of air bladders.

The Performante includes larger 22-inch wheels with 285/40R22 front and 325/35R22 tires, though these and the larger optional 23-inch wheels and tires are available on the Urus S as well. A large differentiation for the Performante is its curb weight: at 4740 pounds it is over 100 pounds lighter than the Urus S. The Performante’s wheelbase is a tenth of an inch longer and its overall length is almost an inch greater than Urus S’. The Performante has an additional drive mode, Rally, meant for maximum speeds on unpaved courses.

Park Assist with Remote Park Assist is now offered. The system can automatically park the Urus into parallel or perpendicular spots, controlling steering, braking, accelerator, and gears. The system can also work via remote control through a smartphone app. The Top View Camera feature is included in this package.

An ionizing air cleaner system with an integrated fragrance dispenser is now available.

On the exterior, a 2023 Urus is instantly recognizable by its new hood with raised side ridges with sharply angled vents. The new hood is made of carbon fiber, fully painted on Urus S, and with an unpainted center available on Permormante. Fender vents, front and rear bumpers, grilles, and wheels are also new for 2023. New interior trim colors are available, including a subtle two-toned interior option.
