Prices increase by about $1500.
F Sport models are now divided into two camps: F Sport Design and F Sport Handling. The F Sport Handling encompasses last year’s optional Dynamic Handling package, except now it’s available on ES300h hybrid.
The interior sees a slight redesign, with new cup holders and a new, hidden place for the optional wireless phone charger. A new Lexus Interface infotainment system includes wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a standard cloud-based navigation system. The new system utilizes a touch screen instead of the previous Remote Touch Interface touchpad.

The Black Line Special Edition now includes the rain-sensitive wipers, Panoramic View Monitor, and a heated steering wheel.
Rear air conditioning, rain-sensitive wipers, and heated second-row seats are now available for the base model.
Changes for the 2023 Lexus Models: IS

IS 300 gets a $885 price increase.
IS 350 F Sport sees a $465 price decrease, as the model is split into two models: IS 350 F Sport Design and F Sport, with the latter more in line with the previous F Sport. The new, almost-F Sport receives 19-inch wheels with 235/35R19 tires on all four corners: no staggered tire sizes.
IS 500 sees a $695 price increase along with a new name: IS 500 F Sport Performance. A new IS 500 F Sport Performance Premium includes triple LED headlights, a larger, 10.3″ infotainment screen, power rear sunshade, a Mark Levinson 17-watt stereo with surround sound, machined aluminum knobs, dynamic voice command, navigation, Panoramic View Monitor, parking sensors, and rear automatic braking.
Special Appearance packages are available for the 350 F Sport and the 500.

Slight tweaks to the suspension to improve handling and ride are incorporated. A new shade of gray, Cloudburst Gray, replaces an old one, Smokey Granite.

LX Premium no longer has rear window sunshades; they are still standard on F Sport, Luxury, and Ultra Luxury.
A heated steering wheel is now standard on base models.

A new 10.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system is available. An 8-inch model is standard. The materials and design of the interior are updated.
Automatic dimming side mirrors are no longer standard.
The RC F Fuji Speedway Edition is renamed the RC F Track Edition. Navigation, Intuitive Parking Assist, headlight washers, and windshield wiper de-icer are now available on the new Track Edition. Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert is now standard on the Track Edition. The Track Edition only comes in one color: Incognito Gray, with a gray and blue interior.
Price increases by $1500 for RC 300. RC F Track Edition is $2595 more than the 2022 RC F Fuji Speedway Edition.
Changes for the 2023 Lexus Models: RX
2023 Lexus RX at the 2022 LA Auto Show
The RX is all-new for 2023, including the chassis, engines, interior, and all.
The 3.5 V6 is gone, as the RX has an all-4-cylinder engine lineup. A 2.5 hybrid 350h is the mileage leader at 36 MPG combined with standard all-wheel drive. The RX 350 now utilizes a 2.4-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder with 275 horsepower borrowed from the Lexus NX 350. A new top-line RX 500h F Sport combined hybrid-electric and turbocharging for 366 horsepower, total. A plug-in hybrid will be offered later.
All models get larger brakes for 2023: 13.4-inch front vented rotors are standard all around. The F Sport Performance model gets a 15.7-inch vented front rotor upgrade.

The three-row RX is gone for 2023.
Changes for the 2023 Lexus Models: RZ
2023 Lexus RZ at the 2022 Detroit Auto Show
Built on the same e-TNGA platform as the Toyota bZ4X, the Lexus RZ is a dedicated battery-electric vehicle, Lexus’ first for the United States. The RZ 450e also uses the batteries from the bZ4X, but a more powerful 308-horsepower motor system with standard all-wheel drive, resulting in a projected range of 200 or 225 miles.
The normal standard safety equipment will include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, driver drowsiness detection, automatic high beams, and, new for Lexus, an Emergency Driving Stop System which will detect if the driver is no longer controlling the vehicle and stop it within its current lane and activate the hazard lights.
An advanced automated parking system will fully control steering, brakes, gear selection, and acceleration to place the RZ in most parking spots, even remotely.
Changes for the 2023 Lexus Models: UX

For 2023, the non-hybrid FWD UX 200 has been dropped, replaced by a front-wheel drive version of the UX 250h with the same 181-horsepower combination of a 2.0-liter engine and two electric motors. This results in a 173-pound curb weight increase on the front-wheel drive model over last year’s UX 200.
The UX 250h’s trim levels get jostled around. For 2022 we had the 250h, 250h F Sport, and 250h Luxury. The 250h Luxury is gone, and the 250h F Sport is divided into two models: 250h F Sport Design (primarily an appearance package) and 250h F Sport Handling (a more premium model with unique springs and stabilizer bars for enhanced handling; replaces the Luxury model).
UX safety is upgraded to Lexus Safety System+ 2.5. This system includes new low-light pedestrian detection, daytime cyclist detection, road sign assist.
The UX also gets a new, larger touchscreen.
A power tilt and telescoping wheel is no longer offered. Only the F Sport Handling offers memory seats and mirrors, automatic dimming side mirrors, and tilt-down side mirrors.
An $1850 base price increase takes place with these improvements.
